JT felt under the weather and took a day off to rest and work on getting her pack weight down. I got dropped off at the mile 299 trailhead and slack packed pretty quickly into the falls. I would then gather both supply boxes, and hitch back to the church
The walk went easy and quickly, but the hitch to go 14 miles took about an hour in the mid day heat . Not many pics as I was cruising.

No clue what this shows. Lol

This either.

Highway 89

Mexico this way. Canada that way. USA in the middle.

Made it to Burney Falls. Met with Jolie at the church and she feels much better. JT has probably cut 10 pound off her pack weight, and we are both mailing home our bear cans, and extra stuff. Next few days are set for around 14 miles each day with easier water spots.
